Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct lays out the basic rules our people must follow and explains how our values should guide all of our decisions.

Our values & code of conduct begins with how we work, whether with our own team or our interaction and commitment to you, as our valued customer, supplier, or partner. Or you, as a Member of the Public.


Our code of conduct is aligned with our values, company standards, legal requirements, and service level, clarifying the ethics and compliance expectations for all staff of RAM Credit Information.

Although rules may not be stated explicitly in our Code of Conduct, however our daily business decisions are guided by our values, and our Code of conduct reflects our values-based approach.

The Core of our Code of Conduct covers mainly information management, and the ethics of our people. At the same time, our code also encapsulates the key elements as required by the law including The Credit Reporting Agencies Act (2010) & Personal Data Protection Act of Malaysia (2010).

Our Values: We adopt Zero-Tolerance towards unethical behaviour. This is why we are mindful in our conduct to ensure that the Trust & Confidentiality placed on us by our Team, Our Clients & Partners will always be held in the highest honour, without compromise.

Information Values: Our Information Security Management System ensures that all Information & Reports will be extracted from authorized & reliable sources whereby data will be aligned to ensure completeness & integrity. To further ensure data integrity, RAM Credit Information shall, on a constant basis, be updating our information so as to provide Real Value to our Clients.
