Our key shareholder is RAM Holdings Berhad, Malaysia's premier credit-rating agency that was set up in November 1990 as the pioneer provider of credit-rating services to the Malaysian capital market. Our shareholding structure also includes DP Information Network Pte Ltd, Singapore's leading credit and rating bureau with more than 30 years of experience.
